About the Book :
The story of civilisation from stone-age to space-age is the story of mans creative imagination. It is the environment that plays an important role in the nurturance of creative talents. The school is the place where future of the country is shaped. The class room is an idea centre, a place where students and teachers are excited about learning and open to experiences. The author tries to find the answer of the question: whether the assets of the country, the children, are given the opportunity to nurture their creative talents in the schools For this purpose, the book studies the classroom environment of the different types of schools in relation to their contribution towards development of creative talents of their school children. The book studies and compares the creative level (Verbal as well as Non-Verbal) of the students of different types of schools and the attitude of their teachers towards the creative students. This book also studies the socio-economic status of the students of different types of schools and its relation-ship with their creative achievements.
