About Author :
Maryan Rodriques heads the department of Communication in a post-graduate management and social work education and research institute-CSIBER at Kolhapur. He has five master’s degrees and his Doctoral Research is accomplished in the area of Communicative Competence in Management. His teaching career of over three decades and active research in ‘Managerial Communication’ has earned him an immense popularity among students, professionals and researchers. Being a recognized University Research Guide in ‘Managerial Communication’ under the faculty of Management & Commerce, and in ‘English’ under the Faculty of Arts, his several research students in both the areas have successfully completed their doctoral research projects.
