B.S. Makhija is a Consulting Engineer, retired as Principal Surveyor of Ships, Hong Kong Government. He is the author of several papers and was awarded the Marine Engineering Division Gold Medal by The Institution of Engineering (India) for his paper entitles Humanities the Work Environment.
Cmde Rajan Methew joined the Indian Navy in 1970 after Graduation in Mechanical Engineering from Kerala University. He is a post-graduate in Marine Engineering from Institute of Armament Technology, Pune and in Energy Studies from I.I.T. Delhi. He is presently Director of Systems (Engineering) in Naval Headquarter.
S.N. Suman, CE, FIE (India), A Charted Engineering and Fellow of Institution of Engineers (India). Former Director (Mech.) in Ministry of Surface Transport, Government of India. He has many technical papers to his credit. He is also a Member of Institution of Plant Engineers and Institute of Standard. Presently he is a Consulting Engineering in Mech./Marine Engineering.
