Kailash Chandra Bebarta, an IFS, presently works in a senior position in the Forest Department, Chhattisgarh. Getting Master degree in Zoology, he earned Post-Graduate Diploma in forestry and Business Administration. Also, he has been an Associate of Indian forest School, Dehradun, Besides many research papers, Mr. Bebarta has to his credit two books, entitled, Teak: Ecology, Silviculture, Management and Profitability, and Planning for Forest Resources and Biodiversity Management.
