About Author :

Ram Bahal, an M.Sc. (Agri. Extension) from the University of Kanpur and Ph.D. from the University of Illinois, U.S.A., is a Principal Scientist at the Division of Agricultural Extension, Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi. Earlier, he was a faculty at the C. S. Azad University of Agriculture and Technology, Kanpur. He is also North Indian Editor of Indian Journal of Extension Education. Dr. Bahal has more than 100 research papers, book chapters and books to his credit.
