About Author :


Udai Prakash Sinha (b. 1956) former Vice Chancellor, Central University of Haryana, currently Professor of Economics, T.M. Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur. He is national level Professor of Economics, SME for Commission for Scientific and Technical Terminology, Ministry of Human Resource, Government of India, New Delhi and Consultant—State Planning and Development Department, Bihar State Planning Council, Government of Bihar, Patna. He has completed three UGC major research projects as principal investigator and presently working on UGC sponsored major research project entitled "Ecological Imbalances and Plan Perspective for Rural Bihar". He has been Resource person of academic staff college of many universities and has delivered lectures at various universities nationwide. He has 100 research papers to his credit published in reputed National and International journals. He has authored 14 books, 37 Research scholars have already been awarded Ph.D. degree under his able guidance. Micro-level planning and regional economics are his areas of research and expertise.

Rekha Sinha (b. 1958) is currently Professor of Psychology, T.M. Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur. She has contributed more than 20 research papers to the reputed national and international journals of Psychology and other social-sciences. She has completed two UGC Major Research Projects and has also authored one book, entitled : Organised and Disorganised Personality : A Comparative Study. Organizational, Industrial & Environmental Psychology are the areas of her interest in research.
