About Author :

M.P. Boraian obtained his Doctoral degree in Rural Development form Gandhigram Rural Institute and pre-doctoral degree in Rural Development form National Institute of Rural Development. He has appraised, monitored and evaluated 29 rural projects. He was associated with Research projects sponsored by UNICEF, ILO,SIDA, SAREC, Planning Commission and ICSSR. He is a member of several regional, national and international professional bodies. Currently, he is Reader in Extension Education at the Gandhgram Rural Institute and guides M.Phil. and Ph.D. scholars.
