About Author :

Grace Don Nemching has done her post-graduation and M.Phil in Sociology from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. She has submitted her Ph.D. thesis to the Centre for the Study of Social Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University. Grace Don Nemching is currently a faculty in Sociology in Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi. Earlier she has worked as a researcher in Indian Social Institute, New Delhi and as a guest lecturer in RAK College of Nursing, University of Delhi. Also, she is President of the Paite student body known as Siamsinpawlpi.
