Udai Bhan Singh (b. 1953) Ph.D. on Human Resource Development, fellowship under Colombo Plan at the University College, London (U.K.), Life Member of Indian Institute of Public Administration, Indian Public Administration Association and Indian Political Science Association. A senior member of the faculty of Regional Centre for Urban & Environmental Studies, University of Lucknow; has undertaken a number of research studies on different aspects of public administration; a prolific writer on urban administration and management; has contributed a number of articles to various journals; a unique combination of a trainer, researcher and teacher.
