About Author :
P. Moorthy, an M.Sc. (Peace-Making) from Madurai Kamaraj University and Ph.D from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, has been teaching arms control, national security, peace, disarmament, human resource management, conflict resolution and international relations in Pondicherry University since 1988. Dr. Moorthy is also associated with National Movement for Counselling the Youth and Mission Develop India Network. He has published two books and edits a quarterly Knowledge Society Journal. He was selected as a visiting Peace Fellow of Shanti Peace Foundation, Coimbatore; and is now nominated as International Educator of the Year 2005 by International Biographical Centre, Cambridge, England.
