About Author :

P.K. Agrawal awarded doctorate in Law is a renowned writer of Hindi Literature having published numerous books in English on subjects like Land Reforms, Judicial Reforms, Environment, Pollution Control, Sustainable Development, Indian Bureaucracy, Motivation and Indology etc. He served Government of West Bengal and Union Government for 34 years as a member of Indian Administrative Service. Presently he is working as partner with Khaitan & Co.

R.K. Bhatt did D.Phil from University of Allahabad and is Associate Professor of Economics at Banaras Hindu University. His field of specialisation is International Economics and Public Finance. He has written two books and published various articles as well as research papers. He has been honoured with prestigious Rashtriya Gaurva Award.
