About Author :

Mithilesh Kumar Jha, Asstt. Prof. and Head, Deptt. of Economics, Yingli Govt. College, Longleng , Nagaland. He obtained all his degrees from BRA BIHAR UNIVERSITY, MUZAFFARPUR, namely B.A, M.A, Ph.D., LLB. He had served earlier three consecutive terms as an executive member from Nagaland in NORTH EASTERN ECONOMIC ASSOCIATION (NEEA ). He is the life member of Indian Economic Association, North Eastern Economic Association (NEEA), and BOOK CLUB of NBT, INDIAN RED CROSS SOCIETY. He is the academic counsellor of IGNOU for MEC and BA programme for BECE at IGNOU study centre, Longleng. At present, holding the various posts to function the college smoothly, viz. Prof. In-charge, Career Guidance and Counselling Cell, Convenor, Internal Quality Cell, Prof. In-charge of Consortium for Educational Communication, Environmental studies and to organise the elocution and Essay competition sponsored by FORUM OF FREE ENTERPRISE, Mumbai. He has presented more than thirty research papers in regional and national level seminars and conferences. He has contributed about ten research papers in different leading journals of Economics and edited books.
