About Author :

Suman Ranjan Sensarma is an urban planner. He has more than 12 years of varied experiences in human settlement and habitat, urban planning, climate change and integrated risk management.

Atanu Sarkar is an Assistant Professor of Division of Community Health and Humanities, Faculty of Medicine, Memorial University, St. Johns, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. He teaches environmental and occupational health.
