About Author :

Rajmani Singha M.Com. (Gold Medalist) and Ph.D. from Manipur University is currently working as Associate Professor of Finance and Accounting in the Department of Commerce, Manipur University. Before joining to the present position he has worked three years in She rubtse College in Royal Government of Bhutan (which was affiliated to University of Delhi) as Lecturer. He has published two books and 42 research papers in national and international repute in his credit. In the last one and half decade, he has been attending and participating 40 national and 10 international seminar and conferences as paper presenter and also actively participating as discussant and rapporteur. His area of interest is Finance (Microfinance, Financial Management and Security Analysis and Portfolio Management), Accounting, Management and Marketing. He was the founder President of the Association of Commerce Alumni (ACA) Department of Commerce, Manipur University and also the founder President of Manipur University Alumni Association (MUAA). He has been consultant to several Microfinance Institutions and Non-Governmental Organizations of the State in particular and region in general. At present he is coordinating NSS Units working in different colleges under Manipur University as Programme Coordinator, NSS Cell. He has organized several programmes related to NSS like National Integration Camp, Training of Trainers on Life Skills Education, Capacity Building on Employability, Financial Management and Accounting practices for Micro and Small enterprises, etc.
