About Author :

Deepa Awasthi is Doctorate in Education and Post-Graduate in Education, Sociology and Economics. She has qualified UGC-JRF in Education and Sociology as well and has equal command on both the subjects. At present she is pursuing her second Doctorate in Sociology. She has participated and presented her research papers in more than 50 national and international seminars and conferences. She also has seven edited books to her credit on various educational and sociological issues. Her publication work also involves 15 chapters in edited books, 4 research papers in form of conference and seminar proceedings and 17 research papers and articles in various journals of national and international repute. Her keen interest areas include various issues related to field of Education and Sociology.
