Joseph Sebastian, secured his Masters Degree in Economics from the Madras University in 1986. In 1990 he earned B.Ed. from the Calcutta University. From 1988 onwards he has been in teaching profession. Mr. Joseph is the pioneer of Discipline studies. During the course of his studies on various subjects, he came across a variety of Isms and the result is the compilation of this dictionary on Isms and Disciplines. He has written a number of articles and research papers on a variety of subjects for various national and international newspapers and Journals.
