P.R. Binda, Cartographer, Department of Geography, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. Dr. Binda passed his M.A. in Geography from Rajasthan University, Jaipur and awarded Ph.D. degree. He is associate with many national and international research projects. He is incharge of GIS cartographic laboratory in the Geography Department, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
