He was formerly associated with National Atlas and Thematic Mapping Organization, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India and former Lecturer of Geography, Department of Geography, Kalinagar Mahavidyalaya, University of Calcutta, West Bengal. He has more than 17 years of teaching and research experience.
